Revision of Civil Services Rules

The Financed Department of Haryana Government is in the process of revising the CSR Volume-I, Pt. I & Pt. II, Volume II and Volume III in eight parts. These proposed eight parts can be assessed/downloaded from the links provided as under: -

 (1)      Part I – General Rules – contains rules relating to pay fixation, joining time, foreign service and other general conditions of service;

(2)        Part II- Leave Rules  - contains rules relating to various kinds of leave;

(3)        Part III – Pension Rules - contains rules relating to pension and family pension;

(4)        Part IV – Provident Fund Rules – contains rules relating to General Provident Fund;

(5)        Part V – Travelling Allowance Rules -  contains rules relating to travelling allowance;

(6)        Part VI – Other Compensatory Allowances Rules – contains rules relating to house rent allowance, conveyance allowance, hill allowance etc.;

(7)        Part VII – Government Employees Conduct Rules– contains rules relating to conduct of a Government employee in service;and

(8)        Part VIII – Punishment and Appeal Rules – contains rules relating to punishment and appeal.

(9)    CSR all parts (I to VIII) 

Comments/suggestions are invited from public at large on the above eight revised parts of the Civil Services Rules so that the same can be incorporated before finalization of these books. The comments/ suggestions be sent within 10 days on the following email/Postal address as under:-

मामले के लिए प्रिंसिपल ही दोषी माने जाएंगे छुट्टी की जानकारी के अभाव में गुरुवार को स्कूलों में भटकते रहे Posted: 17 Aug 2012 06:55 AM PDT कैथल त् जिले के अधिकतर सरकारी स्कूलों के बच्चे छुट्टी की जानकारी के अभाव में गुरुवार को स्कूलों में भटकते रहे। बच्चों को स्कूल में पहुंचकर ही छुट्टी के बारे में जानकारी मिली। कुछ ऐसी ही दिक्कतें राजकीय कालेज आंबेडकर कालेज के छात्रों को भी पेश आई। छात्र कालेज समय पर ऑटो और बस से पहुंचे। कालेज पहुंचने पर उन्हें छुट्टी का पता चला। ऐसे में छात्राओं भी को भारी परेशानी का सामना करना पड़ा। डिप्टी डीईओ रफिया राम ने बताया कि शिक्षा मंत्री द्वारा स्टैंडिंग लैटर जारी किया हुआ है। हर साल 15 के बाद सरकारी स्कूलों में छुट्टी होती है। कैथल में मनाए गए आजादी दिवस के बाद स्टेज से ही छुट्टी की घोषणा कर दी गई थी। मामले के लिए प्रिंसिपल ही दोषी माने जाएंगे।
