Prayer in this application is for exemption from appearance of
applicant-respondent No.1 on the ground that she is pre-occupied in a family function in New Delhi. The application is supported by an affidavit of the respondent-applicant.
In view of the submission made, prayer for exemption from
appearance  before this Court today is accepted. 
Application stands disposed of.

An affidavit has also been filed by Dr. Abhe Singh Yadav, IAS,
Director Elementary Education Department, Haryana wherein it has been stated that the promotion cases of the JBT Teachers are being considered to promote eligible teachers against vacancies available for promotion and the said process is likely to be concluded within a stipulated period of four months as ordered by this Court in CWP No.23173 of 2010 and which
expires on 14.2.2013.COCP No.2152 of 2011 -2-
In view of the aforesaid submissions made, counsel for the
petitioners does not wish to press this petition at this stage.
Ordered accordingly.
Needless to say that in case the compliance is not made as
stated above, the petitioners shall be at liberty to revive the instant
contempt petition.
