Dear friends, 2000 me join trs k mamle me govt ka bar 2 yhi byan aa raha ki inka bhavishya court k faisle pr nirbhar krega.iska saf matlab yhi hai ki govt in trs ko rakhna nhi chahti.ydi govt trs ka favour krti to wo masters post pr in trs ko promotion de deti. Jis k liye court ne 4 months ka time diya tha. Decision ko4 months ho chuke hein but certified copy deptt ko milne k bad hi 4 months ki ginti suru hoti hai.jo ab 22 feb ko har hal me pure ho jayenge.govt ne clear kr diya hai k in trs ko promotion nhi di jayegi or is matter ko court me le jaya jayega. Court se ye mang ki jayegi ki jb promotion ka decision diya gya thaus time inka case cbi cort me pending tha but ab uska decision aa chuka hai or in trs ki selection list ko cbi ne fake ghosit kr diya hai. So is base pr is decision ko lpa me cancel krwa diya jaye ya high court me chal rhe case jisme inko party banaya gya hai us k final decision tk stay kr diya jaye. Govt ye step bhut jald uthane wali hai. So friends, ab ye trs kya kren. Some questions r :-
1. Trs caviet file kren, k jb b govt high court stay k liye aaye to trs ka paksh sune bina court koi faisla na de.
2. Intzar kiya jaye ki ydi promotion nhi milti hai to 25 k bad contempt file ki jaye.
3. Ydi govt court jati hai or promotion ka case jitne wale trs ko court notice krti hai ki wo apna paksh court me rakhen ki promotion case me stay kyon na diya jaye tb tk wait ki jaye.jb notice ho tbi court me jaya jaye.
Note: jb promotion ka case jita gya tha us time decision is base pr hua tha ki in trs k junior ko promot kiya gya tha. Case pending ki bat pr court ne kha tha ki ye trs jbt post pr kam kr rhe hein so jb tk inki bharti ko lekr final decision nhi ho jata tb tk inki promotion nhi roki ja skti. Aaj b situation wo hi hai, nothing change in this matter. Govt tb b khilaf thi or aaj b khilaf hai. But us time case single bench me tha ab usko stay ka mamla double bench pr jayega.
